Please take this as a rude awakening!
Yes, this year has been overwhelming so far and it hasn’t been easy focusing on the goals we had planned to achieve given the state of things now. However, it doesn’t mean it’s over. In fact, you have nothing to lose if you complete those online courses you signed up for during the quarantine, because time is constant, the only thing you can do is make the best use of it. Whether you do it or not, 2020 will come to an end and a new year will begin where everything might have stabilized to an extent.
These days your skills and your portfolio of creativity are what matters most if you want to land a good job in any industry. What have you done? What project have you completed? What have you accomplished? Not necessarily your ”years of experience”, rather your expertise in said field.
Go back to that course, draft a plan on how to take each unit. It could be 2/3 hours daily or weekly, just make sure you see it through.
