18 Things That I Learnt From the Eudoracity Business School Mini MBA Programme

Through the support of my parents, though I still want to make the final success a surprise to them, I am making moves towards improving every day and working to complete the last phase of this project I am involved in. Mr. Tunde Success Osideko’s push was also very contributory to where I am at. Doing the Mini MBA with the Eudoracity Business School is one of the best decisions that I ever made in my life. I have come to realize that the journey to greatness is not a smooth one, as there is always a price one must pay to become great in life. You also must know when to ask for support as you progress in your success as a person.

The Mini MBA of the Eudoracity Business School has been exemplary. I have enjoyed it so far and would recommend it to everyone to try out, especially if you want to get knowledge about winning in your business in the 21st century. Here are the things I have taken away from doing my Mini MBA with the Eudoracity Business School in the last few months.

  1. You cannot build your business with the 19th generation mentality in the 21st generation of business.
  2. You need to understand the importance of getting your personal goals in life to align with your business goals.
  3. Set laws governing your corporate finance when you are building your business.
  4. You always need to prepare to compete with people in business as no one is really your friend.
  5. Always check your financial plan at every stage of your business development.
  6. Be prepared for challenges in every phase, as there is no smooth ride to success.
  7. You need to identify your market/customer base before you launch your business.
  8. You must be able and ready to write your story in an articulated manner.
  9. You must be able to take the next line of action that is necessary at every point of your business.
  10. Always make sure that when you are doing business with people, you are open to taking contributions and feedback before making decisions.
  11. Age is not a barrier in becoming an entrepreneur, as long as you’re open-minded, willing to take on new challenges, and develop good communication skills which can help turn leads into customers.
  12. Be willing to open your mind and get ready to explore other businesses and see how these things connect with your line of business.
  13. Understand the laws that govern your business sphere before you start the business.
  14. Make sure you try to predict the different challenges and have reviews with your team frequently on how you intend to address these issues before they come up.
  15. The way you sell yourself to your customers matters a lot. People have different perspectives about life, and you need to appeal to their perspectives.
  16. Your chosen path towards having a successful future in your career should be a factor when you choose people to do business with.
  17. Grow, be willing to learn, and know when to speak up.
  18. Distance and time are not excuses. Learn how to work with online communities.
